Diffusers can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from purchase but must be returned in Original Package and Original Condition. 

To Return or Exchange a Diffuser, you MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # (RA) by calling 954-235-7662 or emailing info@aromaonline.shop

You will have to explain the reason for request of an RA#. Once a Return Authorization has been granted your # will be issued. You must then return the item in the original package and in the original condition, the RA# MUST BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE CLEARLY VISIBLE .  FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN OUR WAREHOUSE DECLINING OR NOT ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF RETURN. ALL SHIPPING COST ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. NO EXCEPTIONS.
